How to use a coupon
The referral code obtained during your current ride can be used from your next ride onwards.
- Select "Ride" or "Reserve"
- Specify some online payment (including in-car payment) as the payment method
- Select the coupon you want to use under "Payment"
- After confirming that steps 1-3 are set up correctly, slide to place the order
Notes for referral code registration
- Coupon codes have expiration dates. Expired referral codes cannot be registered.
- Coupon code registration is limited to one-time use per phone number. You cannot obtain coupons again by creating a new account.
- Customers who have previously used S.RIDE for booking are not eligible for referral code registration. Only customers who have never booked a ride (immediate or reserved) through S.RIDE are eligible.
- Even if you have multiple coupon codes, such as friend referral codes, you can only register one.
- If you register a credit card after receiving coupons through referral code registration, it will be deselected from automatic selection. Please manually select it before booking a ride.
Notes when using coupons
- The referral code obtained during your current ride can be used from your next ride onwards.
- Coupons are automatically selected starting with those closest to their expiration date when booking a ride. For reservation, free reservation coupons are prioritized and automatically selected.
- If you have multiple coupons, only one coupon can be used per ride.
- Coupons can be selected and used for any fare amount on S.RIDE bookings with some online payment (including in-car payment). However, no change will be given, and unused amounts cannot be carried over to future rides.
- Coupons cannot be used when selecting in-car payment for "Ride" or when using S.RIDE WALLET. If you change the payment method to in-car payment, S.RIDE WALLET, or QR code payment after dispatching, the coupon application will be canceled. Canceled coupons will remain unused and can be used for future rides until their expiration date.
- Coupons have expiration dates. Expired coupons cannot be used.
- If you uninstall the S.RIDE app without registering an email address, coupons cannot be restored.
